Planning & Progamming


We provide detailed tender programming – including pre-demolition activities – using ASTA PowerProject. To allow clients to plan the delivery of their works once on site, we also provide comprehensive subcontract and material procurement schedules.

Technical Methodology


To accommodate the shift in tender weighting moving more towards the technical submission, we provide a detailed methodology, which includes 3D sequence sketches, outline temporary works drawings and - when requested - visual animation. These can be undertaken to suit any requirement based on the scale and complexity of the tender.
